Accessibility Statement

We are committed to building software that works for everyone.

Our Commitment

ZillaSoft aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technologies.

What We Have Done

  • Keyboard navigation works throughout the site, with a skip-to-content link at the top of every page
  • All interactive elements have visible focus indicators
  • Color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements for all text, including in light mode
  • Decorative images and icons are hidden from assistive technologies
  • All informational images include descriptive alternative text
  • Form fields are associated with visible labels and include error announcements
  • Status changes and alerts are announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions
  • Animations respect your operating system's reduced-motion preference
  • The site supports both light and dark mode

Known Limitations

We have not yet conducted a full third-party accessibility audit. While we follow best practices throughout development and have addressed known issues, some areas may still fall short of our goal. We are committed to continuous improvement.

Feedback and Contact

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
