Snipzilla Templates for Zendesk
Canned responses with dynamic tokens
Answer faster, right inside Zendesk.
Reply templates for Zendesk Support that fill themselves in from the ticket: fields, dates, fill-in blanks and reusable building blocks. Pick a template on any ticket, review, send.
$6 per agent, per month, on the Zendesk Marketplace. Free for the first 30 days.

What it does
Tokens that fill themselves in
Requester, assignee, subject, status, organization, brand, group and dates in any format. The reply arrives already written for the ticket in front of you.
Fill-in blanks
Mark the parts that change. Picking the template opens one small dialog, you fill the blanks, and the finished reply goes into the composer.
Personal and shared libraries
Every agent keeps a private library only they can see, enforced by Zendesk itself. Admins curate the shared team library everyone draws from.
Folders, colors and favorites
Group templates into colored folders, star the ones you reach for daily, and search across everything without leaving the ticket.
Bring your macros across
Import your existing Zendesk macros in one step, or bring a library over from the Jira app and Snipzilla for desktop. CSV in and out as well.
Usage insight
See which templates actually get used, by whom and over which period, so the library stays useful instead of growing stale.
Your replies stay in your Zendesk
Support replies carry customer names, order numbers and account details. That content never needs to leave your helpdesk, so the app is built so that it does not.
- Templates are stored in your own Zendesk account, as Zendesk custom objects.
- Nothing is sent to a ZillaSoft server. There is no external backend to breach.
- Personal templates are private to the agent who created them, enforced server-side by Zendesk access rules.
- The app runs entirely on Zendesk infrastructure, inside your account.
Live on the Zendesk Marketplace
Install it from the Zendesk Marketplace and it runs inside your own account, in eleven languages. Billing and updates are handled by Zendesk, and your templates never leave your helpdesk.
Already using Jira or a desktop?
Snipzilla Templates for Jira is live on the Atlassian Marketplace today, and Snipzilla expands text in every application on Windows and Linux. Template libraries move between all three.
