How does billing work?
Billing is handled entirely by Atlassian through the Marketplace, on your existing Atlassian bill. We never see your payment details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every install starts with an automatic 30-day free trial, managed by Atlassian, no card required beyond your normal Atlassian billing.
What happens if we cancel?
Nothing breaks and no data is held hostage: every template stays visible and posting keeps working. Creating and editing pause until the subscription is renewed, and export is always available.
How is the price counted?
Per Jira user, the standard Atlassian Marketplace model. Teams of up to 10 users pay nothing at all, and the annual price equals ten months.
